SEP2 Preview dialer enables agents to first view the available information about the customer allowing the agent to review the pertinent information and place the call with a single click, or skip to the next call. SEP2 allows manager(s) to login from any computer on the network to monitor the agent’s call activity: number of calls, talk time and results.
